Charles Clarke was born in St.John NB on September 22nd, 1922.
He joined the RCAF in 1943. He was discharged in 1945.
There were 5 fellas (pilots) being repatriated to Canada who were in the dispersal area next to me visiting. A bomb landed right there in that dispersal area; killed the whole works of them. That bothers me to this day.
How can you help VVOC?
Too many of our veterans have not had a chance to tell their story. Veterans Voices of Canada will help to ensure that all Canadian military veterans have the opportunity to talk about their personal experiences and their stories on camera.
