Earl Jewers was born in Liscombe Mills, Nova Scotia in 1922. He landed on D-Day with the NNSH’s as a Headquarters Company radioman/signalman. He was with them during their baptism of fire in Authie/Buron and their run across Europe to Germany. He ended the war in Germany.
